I see you have a nice blog hullaballoo24x7 and thanks for bookmarking me.
Yes, it is in punjabi and I think the aesthetic value of literature can not be found in translation. I don't claim to be good at literature, those are just tid-bits but even then it is difficult.
Anyway here is translation:
Persistence
"The ship of love, drowned because of persistence!
Misery of heart-brokens persisted, though salty waters availed unto!!"
